to nominate your site or know of a site that deserves recognition please
see the criteria that pages receiving the award should meet, listed below.
(It's not real rigid, but I will check the site before giving the award!)
Then send
E-Mail with the name of the site, URL of the site and E-Mail address
of the owner/web master if it's not you.
Criteria:
A web site eligible
for Dar's BrokeDown Palace
DEADicated Site Award
should be one of these:
A tribute site for
the Grateful Dead or Jerry Garcia.
A tape trading site
that trades Jerry and/or Dead tapes. A site about or related to hippies,
peace, Haight-Ashbury, The Psychedelic '60s, San Francisco, Woodstock '69,
music, animal rights, or just about anything that promotes the true spirit
of DeadHeads. Even if it's "just your home page"! If you're a DeadHead
and have a KIND page about you and the things you like by all means nominate
your site! |
A web site eligible for
Dar's BrokeDown Palace
DEADicated Site Award
should not be one of these:
A site about hate.
A site containing
pornography. There is a difference between pornography and art.
A site that is difficult
to navigate and hard to understand.
A site that has mostly
broken links and broken images.
This
is an "AWARD", if you want it - you should put some effort into the design
and maintenance of your site. |
Claim your
award:
If you are here to
claim your award copy the HTML code next to the award of your choice (from
list below) and paste it into your page where you want the award to appear.
(Make sure you copy all the text). Please maintain the link back to Dar's
BrokeDown Palace so visitors to your site can nominate their site for the
